Exciting Opportunity in Beautiful Hyannis, MA!!!

 

We are a well-respected and established hand and upper extremity rehabilitation clinic in Cape Cod, MA. Our clinic provides care for a variety of disorders including fractures, tendon and nerve injuries, arthritis, cumulative trauma tendonitis and post-surgical interventions. The facility is fully equipped with modern, state of the art equipment and we have a BTE, a variety of modalities and perform orthotic fabrications. We have a very diverse referral base including the metropolitan Boston area.

 

 

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude to join our team as a Clinic Director-Certified Hand Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and grow an existing clinic with a high level of patient care and friendly environment, where your performance will be rewarded.

 

 

The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility; focusing on providing quality, evidence based patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing of facility, staff development and clinical care.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
  • CHT certification preferred with ASHT membership.
  • At least 2 years of hand and shoulder rehabilitation experience required.
  • Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
  • Current state of Massachusetts license, CPR certification.
  • Competency in static and dynamic orthotic fabrication
  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Ability to market the clinic.
